Registering is straightforward, and we're here to answer any questions you may have.
1. Create a pet profile on Tato, our customer portal.
Once your profile is set up, upload your dog's up-to-date vaccination records. This provides our team with a clear health history for your dog and guarantees a safe environment for everyone. 2. Come check us out!
You can purchase a single visit pass at the door. We are open seven days a week!Reservations are not required or accepted. Most times, you can walk right in, but we do sometimes hit capacity limits on sunny days, and there may be a waiting period.

Safety Requirements for Dogs
For the safety of all dogs, we need everyone to have the following vaccines:
Bordetella
Distemper (DAPP, DHPP, DHLPP)
Rabies
For the same reason, we also require that your dog is:
Four months old or over
Spayed/neutered if they’re 8 months and older
Clean and free of fleas and ticks
Friendly and sociable to people and other dogs
Wearing a flat quick-release collar or harness with current tags displaying name and contact info
Not wearing any leash, prong, choke, spike or martingale collar, air tag, e-collar, or any other choking hazard
Safety Requirements for Humans

Humans need to be 21+ to visit us
You (dog parents) are responsible for your dog- please make sure your pup plays nice at all times
Dogs need to be accompanied in the park, ask a team member for assistance if needed
Please pick up after your dog, bags and receptacles are provided
Please don’t bring in outside dog food, toys or chews - this could cause issues with other dogs. Recall treats may be used if consumed under 5 seconds.
